Disability Information

Regent's College has a full-time Disability Officer who is constantly working on developing the range of disability information available to members of the
public, including Conference Centre Clients.

The Conference Centre is able to provide the following for disabled visitors:

• Free parking for Blue Badge holders if using the Regent's College car park. The car park does have limited spaces so if we are notified prior your visit, we will endeavour to reserve a space. The Blue Badge must be clearly visible in the windscreen of the vehicle at all times.
• Induction loops are installed in many of the conference rooms; a portable one can also be made available if required.
• Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPS) are offered for disabled visitors who may require additional assistance in the event of exiting a building in an emergency.
• Please advise the Conference Centre in advance if one is required.
• Evac-chairs are also available to assist those with a mobility disability. Please give advance notification if more supportive seating is required for a disabled person (e.g. a chair with arms and back support).
• Conference information/forms can be provided in large print, on request (size 14 font).
